Short and in plain language: what we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to have it deleted.

Who processes your data

The data you leave through this site is processed by DigitalSpeed Burgas. You can reach us on the phone number and email published on the site.

What data we collect

  • From the enquiry form: your name, phone or email, and the text of your message.
  • If you came from the calculator — what you selected there (type of site, extras, estimated price).
  • Technical server data on every page view: IP address, time and browser type. These are generated automatically and serve security and troubleshooting.
  • Visit statistics — only if you agreed to the statistics cookies.

What we use it for

We do not send marketing emails and we do not sell or rent your data to third parties for marketing.

  • To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote.
  • To deliver the work if you decide to hire us.
  • To keep the site secure and working.

On what legal basis

When you send an enquiry, we process the data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Statistics are collected only on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

  • Resend — the service that delivers the enquiry to our inbox. The content of the form passes through it.
  • The hosting provider whose servers run the site and which keeps the technical logs.
  • Google Analytics — only if you agreed to statistics.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to two years so we can refer back to it if you contact us again. If a contract follows, the related data is kept according to accounting requirements. You can ask for earlier deletion.

Your rights

Write to the email on our contact page. If you believe we have handled something wrongly, you can complain to the Commission for Personal Data Protection.

  • To request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • To have inaccurate data corrected.
  • To request deletion.
  • To object to processing or ask for it to be restricted.
  • To withdraw consent for statistics, with no effect on anything else.

Changes to this policy

When the site’s functionality changes, we update this text too. The date of the last change is shown at the top.
