Hosting

Where a site lives depends on what it does. A site that presents content is a set of ready-made files and costs pennies to host. A site with an admin panel, bookings, a schedule or user accounts runs on a real server with a database — that bill is different and depends on traffic.

So we do not sell one package for everyone. First we agree what the site has to do, then we choose where it lives. Either way you know the price before we start.

€20 a yearFor a site with no server side: first 6 months free, then €20 a year.

  • An SSL certificate that renews itself
  • Security headers configured at launch
  • Backups — of the files, and of the database when there is a server side
  • A full copy of the site in Git — any earlier version restored in minutes
  • A provider chosen to match the load, not out of habit

Who it is for

  • A business that does not want to deal with servers and renewals
  • A site with an admin panel or bookings that has to hold up in peak season
  • A client paying for old hosting without knowing why

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a site with and without a server side?

A site with no server side is assembled in advance: the server just hands over a finished file, so it opens in a fraction of a second and hosting is token money. A site with a server side assembles the page on the spot — which is what an admin panel, bookings, a schedule, accounts or live availability need. We build both; the second costs more to build and to host, because there is a running machine behind it.

My site will have an admin panel and bookings. What will hosting cost?

It depends on how many people use it at once and how much data it holds. For a small or medium business the usual order is a few euros a month, but with serious traffic or a heavy database it grows. We give you the exact figure before we start and only revisit it if traffic genuinely rises — you will not find out from the invoice.

Why is hosting for an ordinary site so cheap?

Because that kind of site puts no load on a server — you only pay for traffic, and a local business site does not come close to what is included. We do not charge you for a resource you never use.

Can I host the site myself?

Yes. The site is yours and so is the code. If you have an account or a host, we publish it there and set up the domain — a one-off job with no monthly fees to us. We tell you in advance what your provider needs to support, especially if the site has a server side.

Can it go on a Bulgarian host?

Yes. The upside is an invoice from a Bulgarian company and support in Bulgarian. For an ordinary site the downside is paying for resources you will never use. For a site with a server side a Bulgarian host is often the sensible choice — then we compare the options together.

What about email on the domain?

We do not host email. Business email on your domain uses a separate service — we help configure the records so it works, and the site never gets in the way of the mail.

What if you stop working?

The domain is in your name, the code is with you and so are the backups. Any developer can take the site over. We have built nothing that ties you to us — and we will not.

How long does a site take?

Up to two weeks from the start for a typical project, as long as you answer questions and send the materials on time. More complex sites get a timeline agreed upfront.

How does payment work?

A 30% deposit before we start and the remaining 70% when the site goes live. No hidden fees — the quoted price is the price.

What if I find a problem after launch?

The first month after launch is free: we fix errors and make small changes at no extra charge. After that you can continue with monthly maintenance or just call us when something comes up.

Do I have to keep the site with you?

No. After the final payment the site is yours — code, content and access. The first month is free, and after that you choose: €49 a month so you never have to think about it, or simply call us when something comes up and pay for that job. Both are perfectly normal for us.

Who writes the text and where do the photos come from?

We write the text and it is included in the price — headings and structure need to match what people actually search for on Google. If you prefer your own copy, we work with that. Photos are best coming from you: real pictures of your place and your work convince people far more than stock images. You choose them, we process and upload them.
