I have a profile but do not remember which email made it.
That happens a lot. Google has a procedure for claiming a profile from its current owner — it goes through verification and takes time. It is part of the service.
Can I show up in a district where I have no premises?
You can set a service area if you genuinely work there. A fake address sooner or later gets the profile suspended, so we do not do that.
Will you write reviews for me?
No. Bought and invented reviews get spotted and do damage. We show you how to ask real customers at the moment they are happiest.
How long does a site take?
Up to two weeks from the start for a typical project, as long as you answer questions and send the materials on time. More complex sites get a timeline agreed upfront.
How does payment work?
A 30% deposit before we start and the remaining 70% when the site goes live. No hidden fees — the quoted price is the price.
What if I find a problem after launch?
The first month after launch is free: we fix errors and make small changes at no extra charge. After that you can continue with monthly maintenance or just call us when something comes up.
Do I have to keep the site with you?
No. After the final payment the site is yours — code, content and access. The first month is free, and after that you choose: €49 a month so you never have to think about it, or simply call us when something comes up and pay for that job. Both are perfectly normal for us.
Who writes the text and where do the photos come from?
We write the text and it is included in the price — headings and structure need to match what people actually search for on Google. If you prefer your own copy, we work with that. Photos are best coming from you: real pictures of your place and your work convince people far more than stock images. You choose them, we process and upload them.
