Online shop development

A shop is not a site with a buy button. Behind every order sit stock, delivery, payment, invoicing and returns — and each has to work before you spend a lev on ads.

So we do not offer one answer for everyone. A shop can be built two ways, and the difference is not quality — it is who carries the complexity and what that costs every month.

Two ways to do it

On a ready-made platform

The shop runs on a Bulgarian platform (CloudCart, for example). It provides the cart, payments, couriers and the paperwork for the tax authority. We do the design, the set-up and the launch.

Price
from €450 one-off for set-up and design
Monthly
€19–39 a month to the platform, VAT excluded

Pros

  • A working shop in about a week
  • Card payments, cash on delivery, Еконт and Спиди — ready to go
  • The tax requirements for card payments are handled by the platform
  • If we are unavailable, any other developer can take the shop over

Cons

  • A monthly fee for as long as the shop exists
  • The design stays within what the platform allows
  • The shop and its data live with the platform

A shop built to measure

The shop is written specifically for you: your own design, admin panel and database. No platform subscription — you pay only for hosting and the database.

Price
from €879 one-off
Monthly
about €5 a month for hosting and the database

Pros

  • No monthly platform fee
  • A design free of someone else’s theme
  • The shop carries only what you need, which keeps it fast
  • The code and the data are yours after final payment

Cons

  • A longer timeline — up to three weeks instead of one
  • The Еконт and Спиди integration is an add-on, not included by default
  • Card payments bring tax requirements that apply to the software itself
  • Every new feature after launch is new work

What it includes

  • A catalogue with categories, filters and search
  • A product page with photos, availability and price
  • Product variants: sizes, colours, stock for each
  • Cart and checkout with validated details
  • An admin panel where you add products yourself
  • Structured data for the products (schema.org)

Who it is for

  • A shop with a settled range that so far sells only in person
  • A producer who wants to sell directly
  • A seller already trading on social media and drowning in messages

Included at no extra cost

  • Design for phone, tablet and desktop

How the work goes

  1. A call and a quote

We talk through what your business does, which pages you need and what should happen on the site. You get the price and the scope in writing.

  2. 30% deposit and start

Work begins after a 30% deposit. That is when we collect the materials too: logo, photos, contact details.

  3. Build within two weeks

The usual timeline is up to two weeks from the start, provided you answer questions promptly. More complex projects get a timeline agreed upfront, not along the way.

  4. Review and launch

We show you the site, make the corrections and, after the remaining 70%, launch it on your domain.

  5. First month free

For a month after launch we fix errors and make small changes at no extra cost.

Frequently asked questions

Which of the two is cheaper?

Over the first year the two land close together, but from the second year on the platform keeps costing €230–470 a year while a custom shop costs about €60. The maths flips if you want features the platform has ready and we would have to build.

How do orders reach Еконт or Спиди?

On a platform it is ready: the buyer picks an office, sees the delivery price, and you print the waybill with one click. On a custom shop you fill the waybill in the courier’s own system at first — three minutes per order. The courier integration is a €250 add-on and pays for itself above five orders a day.

Why does the price say “from €879”?

Because the difference between 20 and 2,000 products is real work, not rounding. After a short talk about your range, payments and couriers you get an exact price, not a range.

Can I add products myself?

Yes, either way. For a shop that is a must, so we always build a way for you to add products and change prices and stock yourself.

What about paperwork and taxes?

Selling online comes with company, paperwork and payment requirements. With card payments the shop is declared to the tax authority and the software must issue a document with a unique number and QR code — a platform has this solved, a custom shop needs it built. With cash on delivery and bank transfer these requirements usually do not apply. Confirm with your accountant before choosing payment methods.

How long does a site take?

Up to two weeks from the start for a typical project, as long as you answer questions and send the materials on time. More complex sites get a timeline agreed upfront.

How does payment work?

A 30% deposit before we start and the remaining 70% when the site goes live. No hidden fees — the quoted price is the price.

What if I find a problem after launch?

The first month after launch is free: we fix errors and make small changes at no extra charge. After that you can continue with monthly maintenance or just call us when something comes up.

Do I have to keep the site with you?

No. After the final payment the site is yours — code, content and access. The first month is free, and after that you choose: €49 a month so you never have to think about it, or simply call us when something comes up and pay for that job. Both are perfectly normal for us.

Who writes the text and where do the photos come from?

We write the text and it is included in the price — headings and structure need to match what people actually search for on Google. If you prefer your own copy, we work with that. Photos are best coming from you: real pictures of your place and your work convince people far more than stock images. You choose them, we process and upload them.
