Domain name

The domain is the one thing in a project that cannot be rebuilt. A site can be redone and hosting can move in an hour, but the address your customers know and Google remembers is the only one you have.

So we register it in your business name, with your email as the owner. We act as the technical contact and do the set-up, but the key stays with you.

Roughly €15–30 a year, paid directly to the registrar

What it includes

  • Checking which names are free and which are dangerously similar
  • Advice on the extension based on where your customers are
  • Registration in the business name, with your email as owner
  • Pointing the domain at the site and at your email
  • A reminder before renewal so it does not quietly expire

Who it is for

  • A new business with no address on the internet yet
  • A company whose domain was registered by a former contractor
  • A business that wants to change its name or extension

Frequently asked questions

.bg or .com?

If your customers are in Bulgaria, .bg says clearly that you are local. If you also work abroad, .com travels better. Many businesses take both and redirect one to the other; a second domain costs about as much as a coffee a month.

Whose name is the domain registered in?

Yours. A domain registered in the contractor’s name is the most common reason businesses lose their address when they part ways. We do not work that way — you are the owner from day one.

My domain is with an old contractor who does not reply.

There is a transfer procedure through the registrar, but it needs access or proof that the business is yours. We help prepare it. If it turns out to be impossible, the alternative is a new domain and redirecting visitors — more expensive, but not fatal.

What happens if I forget to renew?

The site and the email stop. A domain has a grace period during which it can be recovered, but after that someone else can take it. That is why we remind you in advance and recommend auto-renewal.

How long does a site take?

Up to two weeks from the start for a typical project, as long as you answer questions and send the materials on time. More complex sites get a timeline agreed upfront.

How does payment work?

A 30% deposit before we start and the remaining 70% when the site goes live. No hidden fees — the quoted price is the price.

What if I find a problem after launch?

The first month after launch is free: we fix errors and make small changes at no extra charge. After that you can continue with monthly maintenance or just call us when something comes up.

Do I have to keep the site with you?

No. After the final payment the site is yours — code, content and access. The first month is free, and after that you choose: €49 a month so you never have to think about it, or simply call us when something comes up and pay for that job. Both are perfectly normal for us.

Who writes the text and where do the photos come from?

We write the text and it is included in the price — headings and structure need to match what people actually search for on Google. If you prefer your own copy, we work with that. Photos are best coming from you: real pictures of your place and your work convince people far more than stock images. You choose them, we process and upload them.
