How the work goes
A call and a quote
We talk through what your business does, which pages you need and what should happen on the site. You get the price and the scope in writing.
30% deposit and start
Work begins after a 30% deposit. That is when we collect the materials too: logo, photos, contact details.
Build within two weeks
The usual timeline is up to two weeks from the start, provided you answer questions promptly. More complex projects get a timeline agreed upfront, not along the way.
Review and launch
We show you the site, make the corrections and, after the remaining 70%, launch it on your domain.
First month free
For a month after launch we fix errors and make small changes at no extra cost.
Frequently asked questions
Can we have a real booking system with availability?
Yes, but it is separate work and therefore on request: calendar, availability, deposit, cancellation. Many hotels start with an enquiry form and reply personally — keeping both the commission and control over prices.
Will the site clash with our Booking profile?
No. Platforms bring new guests; the site brings old ones back without a commission. It is worth keeping your site prices no higher than the platform ones — otherwise the guest goes back there.
Do I need an English version?
If you take foreign guests — yes. Each additional language is 30% of the build price, translation of the copy included.
How long does a site take?
Up to two weeks from the start for a typical project, as long as you answer questions and send the materials on time. More complex sites get a timeline agreed upfront.
How does payment work?
A 30% deposit before we start and the remaining 70% when the site goes live. No hidden fees — the quoted price is the price.
What if I find a problem after launch?
The first month after launch is free: we fix errors and make small changes at no extra charge. After that you can continue with monthly maintenance or just call us when something comes up.
Do I have to keep the site with you?
No. After the final payment the site is yours — code, content and access. The first month is free, and after that you choose: €49 a month so you never have to think about it, or simply call us when something comes up and pay for that job. Both are perfectly normal for us.
Who writes the text and where do the photos come from?
We write the text and it is included in the price — headings and structure need to match what people actually search for on Google. If you prefer your own copy, we work with that. Photos are best coming from you: real pictures of your place and your work convince people far more than stock images. You choose them, we process and upload them.
